Bedouin tents and gazebos are placed throughout the garden and create an almost nomad African Village. The buffet span is an incredible 25m. The flavor of freshly cooked potjies, tagines and grilled meats fills the air with aromas of cumin, paprika and rosemary...the aim and design of the buffet is to create individual African gastronomic experiences, experimenting with the tastes and flavours of Africa.

Transport: Transport will be available and will depart between 18:15 and 18:45 from the CTICC. All delegates attending the function must be in possession of a Banquet ticket which will be included in your registration pack.

Return transport will operate between 21:30 and 23:00 to the appointed hotels (Westin Grand Arabella Quays, Southern Sun Cullinan) and CTICC. Coaches will depart once full.
