Payments Required for the Workshops

Where Papers are accepted for a Workshop

1. For each workshop paper, there must be a full WORKSHOP registration. This is independent of possible papers and registration for the main conference.

2. One workshop registration is sufficient for the publication of up to 3 workshop papers for which the registrant is a co-author.

3. Workshop attendees can register additionally for the main conference if they want to attend the main conference.

Attending a Workshop without an accepted paper

• If a workshop speaker or a workshop organizer does not have an accepted paper in the workshop, they are eligible for a one-day complementary registration for the day of the workshop (if they have accepted papers, rules 1 and 2 above are applicable).
• Audience (no paper presentation) for the workshop have to pay the workshop fee

Author Upload Deadline

Deadline for author registration and upload of the final camera ready files to the IEEE Conference eXpress for the papers accepted in any of the Workshops associated with the ICC2010 is 20 February 2010. No extension will be given. Accepted papers without a workshop registration payment by the above date will be removed from the workshop proceedings. Note that you will need to upload your paper to the IEEE Conference eXpress, NOT EDAS.
