Papers submitted to IEEE ICC 2010 workshops with publication must undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.

Each workshop proposal must include:

  • Title of the workshop
  • Length of the workshop: Half-day, Full-day
  • Names, addresses, and a short bio of the organizers
  • A single name of contact for the workshop organizers
  • A draft call for papers, including a tentative technical program committee
  • If appropriate, a description of past versions of the workshop, including the number of submitted/accepted papers, the number of attendees, etc.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 30 June 2009.

Proposals must be submitted to the Workshop Co-Chairs.

Criteria taken into account for the evaluation of a proposal include the timeliness and importance of the proposed topic for IEEE ICC 2010, the track record of the organizers, and the record of the workshop if previously held. Note that decisions on accepting workshop proposals will also reflect space limitations at the conference venue.
